Tell me a little bit about yourself.
Was a teenage mother who at age 17 gave birth to my first daughter, and I dropped out of school, went back and obtained my GED when she was a year old, met my husband and was married and became the mother of 5. During the marriage became a LPN, and after divorce pursued obtaining RN, BSN, MSN to become a NP. Previously worked at TWH as a LPN on transitional care and ortho-neuro, then after becoming an RN worked 4S which was monitored surgical step down, then worked ER at TWH for 8 years, the last 2 years at patient care coordinator (charge nurse).  Additionally certified as a sexual assault nurse examiner. After Washington went to work at Ohio Valley Hospital in McKees Rocks in the ICU for one year, then in their ER for 1 ½ years until I came to work here at CCI as a brand new Family Nurse Practitioner.
