Who can use Centerville Clinics?

Centerville Clinics provides total health care to the entire community. Since its founding in 1955, all of the medical services and programs offered at Centerville have been open to everyone.

Centerville Clinics provides complete primary medical care, family practice medicine, internal medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, and pediatrics. Is my Managed Care coverage accepted at Centerville Clinics?

What if my Managed Care provider isn't listed?

If your managed care provider isn't currently on our list, please call Centerville Clinics at 724-632-6801 Ext. 224 and ask for Marianne. We are continually adding Managed Care providers.

Can I get help with my insurance forms?

Centerville Clinics processes all insurance forms, including industrial.

What about my medical records?

If you previously have been a patient of another physician and would like to become a patient of Centerville Clinics we be happy to arrange having your records transferred.

Will my records be secure?

All patient records at Centerville Clinics are confidential.

What if I have to go to a hospital?

Physicians at Centerville Clinics see patients at all area hospitals. If you must be hospitalized, we can arrange for our physicians to follow-up with in-hospital care.

We have offices or clinics in Bentleyville, California, Carmichaels, Fairchance, Republic, Uniontown, Washington, and Waynesburg, as well as the Joseph A. Yablonski Memorial Clinic.
